December Edibles

December can be an odd month for edibles. Always lots of new growth for the nettles and dandylions, while it seems everything else just dies back. Sow thistles do seem to thrive over the colder months though. catch them while they are young!
Hairy bittercress is also about in everyones garden at the moment, and tender willowherb shoots can be picked in abundance. Daisys can be seen, along with the clovers, sorrels and ivy leaved toadsflaxs still!
